Elliott (4) joined Little Echoes in January 2013 and has enjoyed his 18months at the nursery. Our initial impressions of the nursery and indeed the reason we chose it, were that everyone was very calm and that it was a relaxed atmosphere in which children could learn and develop. Elliott has blossomed from quiet a shy child that didn't like to be left into a confident, chatty, inquisitive and sociable pre-schooler. We have been happy with all the aspects of his care at Little Echoes, especially the way in which children are taught to be independent and well mannered, and are exposed to many experiences that encourage them to grow. I also like the way the older and younger children are integrated at various times throughout the day giving them experiences to interact with other aged groups.
We shall be sad to leave Little Echoes when Elliot starts school in September.
My son joined Little echoes at 9 months old and settled in instantly. The staff in the Dizzy Duclikings room are fantastic with how they interact with the children and cater to each child's individual needs. As a first time mum returning to work I was fearful for my immobile 9 month old to be mixing with 2 year olds, however my fears were quashed after the first day. It is clear all the children are happy and entertainedby a variety of activities along with being taught respect and how to behave around babies.I saw first hand how gentle they are with him, they brought him toys as they knew he was unable to get to them and understand he needs a little more attention from his key worker than they do. The staff reassured me constantly and told me to ring many times as I'd like to how he is doing. By day three my son was eating and sleeping at the nursery so I knew he was contented.I can't express enough how happy we are with how well our son has settled in and that can only be down to the amazing, professional and caring staff.
Our daughter is leaving to move to school in September, we would like to reiterate our thanks to the whole team at Little Echoes. She has had a great experience in which we have seen how much Albane has developed and learnt English, which is all thanks to you.
Thanks again for your profesionalism and hard work.
